What to Pack for Camp

We get so many phone calls about the packing list, that we decided to make a page dedicated to just that! 

We would like to take the time to encourage parents to pack your children’s bag with them. This allows them to understand what has been packed in order to keep track of their belongings. During this time you will be able to discuss the reasons why you are packing each item and when is the best time they might use them during their stay at camp.

Tick prevention is important to us at Hidden Valley 4-H Camp. Please help us by packing light colored clothing for hikes, thin long pants work best with socks that can be tucked in or if shorts are worn we prefer campers where tall sports socks.
