A great camp, such as the Hidden Valley 4-H Camp, cannot possibly operate without GREAT staff. Campers will often tell their parents that their cabin counselor or activity counselor was the best part of camp. We look for mature, responsible and caring people to provide the best experience any young camper can ask for. We also look for people who demonstrate the 4 key values of the 4-H Clover: Head, Heart, Hands & Health. 

We are excited to be hiring for our upcoming camp season. We provide training, along with housing. Most of our positions are for age 18 and above, although we have a few Junior Counselor Positions available.

Veteran Staff: If you submitted 3 references last year, you are good for one more year. If you were not required to last year, then you need to submit 3 new references for 2024.
