4-H Stir It Up! Seeds and Grains

Throughout the session, activities are designed to encourage teamwork and leadership.

What Participants Will Learn:

• The difference between whole grains and refined grains.
• How seeds and grains provide energy, fiber, and key nutrients.
• Simple ways to include more whole grains and seeds in everyday meals and snacks.
• Basic cooking, measuring, and food safety skills.
