Join SNAP-Ed Nutritionist Brooke Shaffer for a FREE nutrition and basic cooking workshop for parents and children March 15th 4:30-5:30pm in Rm 120 of the Human Services Complex in Montour Falls, NY. This month's class will focu on added sugar. Cook along with your kids and make Fruit Pizza and Fruit Flavored water!
