Marissa grew-up in Massachusetts and currently lives in the Finger Lakes region, with stops in numerous places in between. She studied wildlife biology and environmental interpretation and has worked with plants, animals, and people in many capacities. Marissa loves discussing any environmental topic but focuses on recycling, composting, horticulture, local foods, and agriculture in her current role.
