Employment & Staff

A great camp, such as the Hidden Valley 4-H Camp, can not possibly operate without GREAT staff. Campers will often tell their parents that their cabin counselor or activity counselor was the best part of camp. We look for mature, responsible and caring people to provide the best experience any young camper can ask for. We also look for people who demonstrate the 4 key values of the 4-H Clover: Head, Heart, Hands & Health.

We are excited to be hiring for our upcoming camp season. We provide training, along with housing. Most of our positions are for age 18 and above, although we have a few Junior Counselor Positions available.

If you are looking to have an amazing summer working with youth, making life-long friends and gaining valuable employment skills then we seek your application for Summer 2022! Please contact Bruce Condie, Hidden Valley 4H Camp Director / Manager at:  bcc5@cornell.edu for information.
