Join Cornell Maple Specialists, Aaron Wightman and Dr. Catherine Belisle, for an informative morning on all things maple. The second half of the morning will feature workshops on best practices for maximizing sap yield and improving syrup quality, followed a confections workshop and introduction to new product opportunities.
